What are the available payment methods?

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/Email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
How long does shipping take?
For Cairo and Giza, delivery usually takes 24-48 hours. For other governorates, it takes between 3 to 5 business days.
Can I try or inspect the items before paying?
Yes! You can inspect the material and quality while the courier is at your door. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your NOT anywhere piece before finalizing the purchase.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If the size isn't right or you’ve changed your mind, you have 14 days to exchange or return the item, provided it is in its original condition with all tags attached.
How should I care for my garments?
To keep your pieces looking new, we recommend washing on a cold cycle (30°C) and ironing inside out. Specific care instructions can be found on the inner label of each garment.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp or our social media channels before it moves to the shipping phase.
