What are the available payment methods?
We accept various payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit cards (Visa/MasterCard), and digital wallets like Vodafone Cash.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an SMS/Email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
How long does shipping take?
For Cairo and Giza, delivery usually takes 24-48 hours. For other governorates, it takes between 3 to 5 business days.
Can I try or inspect the items before paying?
Yes! You can inspect the material and quality while the courier is at your door. We want to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your NOT anywhere piece before finalizing the purchase.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Please inspect your order while the courier is present. Returns are accepted only before the courier leaves. Once the courier has departed, returns cannot be accepted. In the event of a defective or damaged item, exchange only is available.
How should I care for my garments?
To keep your pieces looking new, we recommend washing on a cold cycle (30°C) and ironing inside out. Specific care instructions can be found on the inner label of each garment.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us via WhatsApp or our social media channels before it moves to the shipping phase.
